This June, we want you to EAT (RED)DRINK (RED) TO SAVE LIVES.

From June 1st-10th, chef Mario Batali and master ‘meat purveyor’, Pat LaFrieda, are calling all restaurants and bars to turn (RED) and help raise awareness and money to #86AIDS.  Whether food and drink establishments create a (RED)-inspired menu item, a special (RED) cocktail, or simply make a donation to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, there are many simple, easy ways to get involved and help fight AIDS. Throughout the ten day campaign, (BELVEDERE)RED will be leading the charge on (RED) inspired cocktails, created by Belvedere Global Head of Mixology, Claire Smith, exclusively for bars and restaurants supporting EAT (RED). DRINK (RED). SAVE LIVES.

Entering its third year of partnership, Belvedere (RED) Vodka has provided funding for more than 4.5 million days of life-saving HIV/AIDS medicine.

(RED) Cocktail Recipes

Honey Berry Breeze

35ml / 1.5 oz (Belvedere) RED

150ml / 5 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice

15ml / .5 oz honey syrup(2 parts honey:

1 part water)

2 strawberries

Method: Muddle the strawberries, shake and

strain all the ingredients into a highball

glass.

Garnish: Strawberry, pink grapefruit wedge
