This could be our new favorite Fall cocktail; the Coco cocktail devised at the Cellar Bar in the Bryant Park Hotel. Try it this weekend, or better yet, if you’re in NYC, drop by the atmospheric bar.
Here’s What You’ll Need.
1oz Old Forester 46 Whiskey
.75oz Spud Pumpkin Vodka
.5oz Crème De Cacao Liquor
2oz Coconut Milk
.25oz Cinnamon/Peppercorns Infused Honey***
.010oz Nutmeg Grated
In a shaker with Ice combine Old Forester Whiskey, Spud Pumpkin Vodka, Crème de Cacao, Coconut Milk and Infused Honey.
Shake vigorously to make sure coconut milk mixes well with all ingredients.
Pour in an Old Fashioned Glass.
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg to taste, about .010oz and Cinnamon Sticks
