What could be more perfect than a glass of bubbly champagne, for any occasion? Think picnic, Sunday brunch, celebratory toasts. Just in time for summer, one of our favorite champagne houses has released a delightfully sinful pink rose — the Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé cuvée.

More of a light salmon-pink, it sparkles and dances in the glass, with notes of strawberries and fresh raspberry. Unlike cheaper brands, the Blason Rosé is dry and festive. Usually, this column suggests cocktail recipes but when the champagne is this good, don’t mess with it! Just pour it in your glass and enjoy. A votre santé!
