In his first speech to the United Nations, Trump appeared to stay mainly on script, though calling North Korea’s Kin Jong-Un ‘Rocket Man’ was certainly improvised. Saying that the dictator is on a suicide mission and warning other countries to stop helping Jong-Un build up his nuclear arsenal, the President said he ‘will totally destroy’ North Korea if it continues firing missiles.
Trump also threw in some references to ‘loser terrorists,’ the ‘corrupt’ government in Venezuela, and the ‘murderous’ Iranian regime, and ‘rogue regimes’ in general.
None of this was heard by the North Korean delegation, however, who walked out of the UN the minute Trump entered. More news as it happens….
