You’ve heard of road rage; now meet a case of ‘yard rage.’ Senator Rand Paul was attacked while mowing his lawn by a neighbor who broke six of the Senator’s ribs in the scuffle.
Apparently, the neighbor, Rene Boucher, had some issues with the way Rand was keeping up with his yard work.
Now the neighbor has pleaded guilty and since assaulting a member of Congress is a felony and carries a sentence of 21 months behind bars he’s going to jail. There had been speculation that the riff was because of politics, but it was just a case of a neighbor’s feud.
