A magnitude-6.0 earthquake struck around 3:20 a.m in Napa Valley, just North of San Francisco.  120 have been injured including 3 which are in critical condition. Gov. Jerry Brown declared a state of emergency for Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties and as a precaution,  schools in Napa  were ordered closed Monday.
