Thursday, Papa John’s founder John Schnatter resigned from the pizza chain’s board after admitting he used the N-word on a conference call in May this year.

In a statement, Schnatter explained: ‘News reports attributing the use of inappropriate and hurtful language to me during a media-training session regarding race are true,’ he said.

‘Regardless of the context, I apologize. Simply stated, racism has no place in our society.’

This isn’t the first time the Trump donor had been in trouble. Remember when the pizza chain owner blamed slow sales on NFL football players kneeling during the national anthem earlier this year?

After Schnatter’s racist slur was revealed the company took a hit- losing $96 million.
