Another winter storm, ‘Quinn’, is hammering the Northeast with snow and strong winds, causing more power outages. This nor’easter is expected to dump up to two feet of snow in some areas, even as the region is recording from last weeks storm which left many people without power.

More than 2,200 flights have been canceled and in Philly trains are operating on a modified Saturday schedule. The Weather Channel recommends turning up your heat in case the power goes out later and keeping your cell phone charged.
