It’s down to the wire in Florida where Hurricane Matthew is predicted to hit ground fall by nightfall. President Obama has declared a federal state of emergency in the sunshine state, where the most powerful Hurricane in 12 years will strike. AT 145mph winds, residents had been advised to evacuate.
