Keurig — yes, the maker of the coffee home brewing equipment – hosted its first-ever 2015 After-Party at The Continental Club in Downtown Los Angeles with a special performance by 2015 Grammy nominee, Jarle Bernhoft (nominee for Best R&B album.)

There was a Keurig mixologist (of course) who created cocktails using the new 2.0 Keurig machine, delicious concoctions like  “The Nutty Russian” (Russian Standard Vodka, Hazelnut liquor, Mocha Nut Coffee and layer of cream, finished with chocolate covered espresso beans) and the “Kentucky Coffee”(Buffalo trace bourbon, brown sugar cube, Doughnut House Coffee, and honey whipped cream, dusted with doughnut crumbles) which were drinks and desserts all in one.

Lucky guests left with Keurig 2015 After-Party glasses, a recipe card for some mixologist-created Keurig cocktails, and a voucher to redeem a free Keurig® 2.0 brewer.

Sadly,  Bernhoft lost the statue to Toni Braxton and Babyface but he still seemed in good spirits and rocked the crowd with 5 songs. There’s always next year.
