After the jury in the Bill Cosby sexual assault case deadlocked, the judge sent them back to deliberate but when they reported today they are still hopelessly at odds over a decision, the judge declared a mistrial.
The district attorney for Montgomery County immediately announced that he planned to retry Mr. Cosby.
