Five people are reported dead and many more injured after a van hit ten pedestrians in downtown Toronto. Witnesses reported that the driver sped up and drove down the sidewalk for at least 3 blocks, running over people as he went.
The driver fled the scene but was arrested just a few blocks away. More as it develops…
